3-wall wrap-around garage shelving in Toronto — the most storage per dollar
$1,430 · 32.5 ft of shelving · 2 ft deep · materials included
The 3-Wall Wrap runs overhead wood shelving around three walls of your garage — both sides and the back, through both corners: 32.5 ft of shelving, 2 ft deep — $1,430, all materials included, built on-site in one day. At $22 per square foot it's the lowest rate on my card, which makes it the best value per foot of storage I build.
Who it's for
The garage that has to hold everything: tires, bins, tools, sports gear for the whole family, and still park a car. Wrapping three walls turns the entire top perimeter of the garage into storage — the two corners come free, and corners are the deepest, most protected storage in the room. It's the build most of the loaded photos on this site show.
Why it's the best value
Simple math from the rate card: 1-wall costs $35/sq ft, 2-wall $28, 3-wall $22. More walls in one visit, lower rate. The wrap is 10 more feet of shelving than the 2-Wall L for $170 more.
The standard build, and yours
Standard: 12.5 ft across the back, 10 ft down each side, 2 ft deep, one shelf — $1,430. The calculator takes all three wall lengths separately (4–24 ft each), plus depth and extra shelves at half rate.
How it's attached
Same construction as every build I do: ledgers screwed into the wall studs with structural screws, posts anchored to the concrete slab — nothing hangs from the roof trusses. The full materials-and-fasteners story is on one page.
